trik kapitalis!!!

sememang perniagaan atau perdagangan
memerlukan modal dasar yang begitu dasar.

perniagaan bermaksud pasarnya jual kepada pengguna akhir.
perdagangan bermaksud jualan perkhidmatan atau bantuan kepada perniagaan.

fahami maksud diatas.

terdapat trend terkini (improvise trendset)
dimana kemahiran untuk visualise end product
menjadi element penting.

kemahiran atau keperluan begini masih
dianggap remeh oleh pemilik atau pengeluar.
lebih kurang kata : no need maa...we still making sales...

disini kau boleh mengambil peluang sebagai
nobody in their sales enhancement skill.
because what they do are not fully effort yet.
if and only if they do percentage possible future
buyer/customer, it would barely minimum.

sample reality check :

kau jual rumah/premis/bangunan berstruktur...
+mana musim venue tour promote showhouse pakai scale model lagi.
+mana musim venue tour promote pakai drawing tampal dinding lagi.
+mana musim flyer macam kertas tandas je. takde marketing values langsung.
list go on and on.


balik kepada tajuk asal...
fakta :
kau takde modal besar. (hired third party sales marketeer/hired designer/hired visualiser)
kau takde niat nak kerja bawah orang. (orang atas akan kerja kan lu. not a porn connotation)

jadi kau setup kompeni kau sendiri...SOHO ketat!!!
kau jadi sales agent.
kau makan percent.
kau makan keliling. kau survey lot of developer.

kau buat design... oke...
kau design indoor view by 3D animated. yess...less participate but angkat nama apa!

eh...aku banyak buat kau pening eh...

senang gini ah...
buat bird view.
buat actual scenario.
buat technical future placing.


hahaha.....kau nak sample?...

ini baru sample jual rumah/bangunan...

hahaha...aku nak settel monthly sales report sekejap...
oh juga Financial Q4~2008 Sales report.

Kehadapan penulis,

aku memang tengah survey banyak developer. tapi so far belum start approach them utk memberikan khidmat aku. kadang-kadang nak approach big developer macam dia orang tak layan je freelancer macam aku.

herm....memerlukan duit dalam keadaan ekonomi begini.

Dear the blackpaper;

Please start approaching developer,
but well prepared, assume they dont willing to pay any amount.

Do it as apprentice, do it as marketing breakthrough, do it the next boom thing. Get the idea?

I do mean well prepared by having physical representative, the idea or concept will be complete execute. Just by word, sky the limit.

Show them something, provoke by eye candy. Let them start - not your. You just execute your capabilities.

Thanks for the advice. (hehe dah macam sesi nasihat kerjaya plak)

aku memang dalam proses nak prepare to do the next boom thing. hehehe

for the first, aku dah start design and print out my business card. then tengah update my portfolio. most of it, personal work sajer pun. tapi aku kena tambah koleksi works aku. and brush up my skills.

The next step, aku target utk design portfolio aku. harapan dapat as professional looks as i can. simple yet functional.

at the same time, aku still browsing and looking potential developer utk aku approach. dah list down dah. tunggu next step.
